red sun

I don't know where the hell they went

They went to shoot the sun

I don't know where the hell they went

They said they'll be back soon

Ridin' along them dusty roads

Was a thing I could not deny

'Cause since I hardly had a name

I was out here to give it a try

I don't know where the hell they went

They went to shoot the sun

So I took my gun and with full speed

I made me on my way

To shoot 'em down and save the day

My bullets made thеm cry

Oh cry, yeah, they did

And with evеry shot I took at them

I saved the day and made myself

And I said oh

You weren't the only one

To fall in love with that sight

Of the red sun

And I said oh

You weren't the only one

Who stole a piece of that night

I kept mine alight

And never gave it back

I don't know where the hell they went

They went to shoot the sun

I don't know where the hell they went

They said they'll be back soon

Now ridin' along them dusty roads

Was a thing I could not deny

'Cause since I hardly had a name

I was out here and cold in the night

Oh

You weren't the only one

To fall in love with that sight

Of the red sun

And I said oh

You weren't the only one

Who stole a piece of that night

I kept mine alight and

Never gave it back, no

I don't know where the hell they went

They went to shoot that sun

That sun, yeah, they did

And with every shot I took at them

I saved the day and made myself

And I said

I don't know where the hell they went

They went to shoot that sun

That sun, yeah they did

And with every shot I took at them

I saved the day and made myself a brand new name
