(Twist Ain’t Nothin’) But The Old Time Shimmy Lyrics

Aaw!

Twist ain't nothin, 'old time shimmy nowadays

Twist ain't nothin, 'old time shimmy nowadays

[?], way back in the olden days

[?], back in the olden days

[?], back in the olden days

It's the thing to be, 'old time shimmy nowadays

Aught to see, little children, doin' the shimmy nowadays

Aught to see little children! doin' the shimmy nowadays

My grandma did it, way back in the olden days

Looky here now, [I had a chevy checka?], called it the shimmy nowadays

[I had a chevy checka?], called it the shimmy nowadays

Ain't a thing to be, but an old time shimmy nowadays

Yea!

Call it what you want 'ta, but the old time shimmy to me

Say what you wanna call it, it's the old time shimmy to me

Grandma did it, way back in the olden day'

Yea, yea, yea, yea, yea, yea!

Yea, yea, yea, yea, yea!

Old time shimmy! Ooh!

Ooh! Oh oh oh oh!

Oh yea!
