Santa Looked A Lot Like Daddy

Well

Santa looked a lot like daddy

Or daddy looked a lot like him

It's not the way I had him pictured

Santa was much too thin

He didn't come down the chimney

So momma must've let him in

Santa looked a lot like daddy

Or daddy looked a lot like him

Well, they thought that I was sleepin'

They thought that I was tucked in bed

They never thought I'd come out peepin'

But then I heard what was said

Santa put his arm around momma

And momma put her arm around him

So Santa Claus ain't daddy

Then I'ma go and tell on him

Hell, Santa looked a lot like daddy

Or daddy looked a lot like him

It's not the way I had him pictured

Santa was much too thin

He didn't come down the chimney

So momma must've let him in

Santa looked a lot like daddy

Or daddy looked a lot like him

You know I'm just sayin' now

Think about some things

Well, I never saw a desor or a prancer

I never heard the sleigh bells ring

I never saw the red-nosed reindeer

Like the show on the TV screen

But he showed right a lot of presents

So Santa Claus he must have been

He sure looked a lot like daddy

Or daddy looked a lot like him

Well, Santa looked a lot like daddy

Or daddy looked a lot like him

It's not the way I had him pictured

Santa was much too thin

He didn't come down the chimney

So momma must've let him in

Santa looked a lot like daddy

Or daddy looked a lot like him

Well, Santa looked a lot like daddy

Or daddy looked a lot like him

(Man, I think momma is hookin' up with Santa Claus)

(Merry Christmas everybody)
