The Only Thing Missing

Snowflakes fall like glitter

The sky is the perfect shade of blue

The choir sings along to some sappy Christmas songs

But the only thing missing is you

Lovers PDA-ing

Presents wrapped, all shiny and new

Candles bring the light and that cedar smell I like

But the only thing missing is you

You're making traditions with someone else

It's a whole new year

And I'm still here

Laughter from the kitchen

I'm drinking some coffee I brewed

Sitting by the fire, slowly getting tired

But the only thing missing is you

You're making traditions with someone else

It's a whole new year

And I'm still here

Dinner on the table

The people I love in one room

It's pretty hard to find something better than tonight

Still, the only thing missing is you

Oh, it's pretty hard to find something better than tonight

Still, the only thing missing is you
