Help Somebody Find Their Way

How do you turn something bad to good?

How do you do what you know you should?

How do you help somebody find their way?

You reach for a rainbow, you wish on a star

And tell them how perfect you think they are

Remind 'em how darkness always turns to day

If you can start with a bit of a smile, maybe stay there just for a while

Look for the silver lining and know you'll find it

When all the hard work is done and the rest of the way is fun

You just wait for a big old laugh that's right behind it

Then you think you're the clover and look for a charm

Show two friends walking arm in arm

Promise you'll always be there come what may

Get your heart on a moonbeam and wish you know well

Think of a story that you can tell

Where everybody's happy every single day
