Hope You Get Lonely Tonight (Commentary)

"Hope You Get Lonely" is about, uh

It's about a girl that a guy's not together with anymore and

He's kinda missing her, and he's talking about the smile he's still hooked on

Wherever she is, you know tonight, he doesn't know but

He hopes she gets lonely and calls him, and

And he'll be glad to come by and get her

It's just a song about missing an ex, ex-lover, and

And wondering what they're doing at that time of the night

And hoping that they're lonely just like you are
