New Design

Who's that standing over in the corner

Mary's looking for a lucky bird

She went overseas two days ago

I hope she doesn't have to find another bird

Some say things never gonna change

Some say they're gonna to get very good

Me, I'm standing in the rain

Waiting for a change in the weather

I'm not saying how I think you should be

All I'm saying is, "don't look right on me"

I'm gonna try and find a new design

I'm gonna try and find a new design

So many different ways to go

Standing at the crossroads of my life

Being down the sidewalks, travel on the high road

Walking to the left and kicking at the right

Make up your mind, boy what's it gonna be

Everybody's waiting to know

Are you gonna stay or are you gonna leave?

Do you think there's some place left to go?

I'm not saying how I think you should be

All I'm saying is, "don't look right on me"

I'm gonna try and find a new design

I'm gonna try and find a new design

I'm gonna try and find a new design

I'm gonna try and find a new design
