Walking in Jerusalem Just Like John

For God so loved the world that he gave his only-begotten Son

That whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have everlasting life

Well, John said the city was just four square (walkin' in Jerusalem just like John)

Now he did glad, he'd meet me there (walkin' in Jerusalem just like John)

When Peter was preachin' at the Pentecost (walkin' in Jerusalem just like John)

He was endowed with the Holy Ghost (walkin' in Jerusalem just like John)

I wanna be ready, I wanna be ready, I wanna be ready, Lord

Walkin' in Jerusalem just like John

I wanna be ready, I wanna be ready, I wanna be ready, Lord

Walkin' in Jerusalem just like John

Well, I'm sometimes up, I'm sometimes down (walkin' in Jerusalem just like John)

Still my soul with heavenly bound (walkin' in Jerusalem just like John)

Oh, John! Oh, John! What did you say!? (Walkin' in Jerusalem just like John)

I'll be there on the coming day! (walkin' in Jerusalem just like John)

I wanna be ready. I wanna be ready, I wanna be ready. Lord

Walkin' in Jerusalem just like John

I wanna be ready. I wanna be ready, I wanna be ready, Lord

Walkin' in Jerusalem just like John

I wanna be ready, I wanna be ready, I wanna be ready, Lord

Walking in Jerusalem just like John

I wanna be ready, I wanna be ready, I wanna be ready, Lord
