In My Life

in my life i have seen

a lot of hard times

and they all seem

to linger in my mind

but I've still got many things

to be thankful for

for all the bad times

theres been some good times

in my life

in my life i have had

my share of loneliness

in my life i have felt

my share of pain

now I've got you and all your love

and I'd just like to say

I'm so glad just to have you

in my life

in my life theres been times

I'd have givin up

but i still found

the strength to carry on

it was hard but i still managed

to pull myself through

with all the sad times

theres been some glad times

in my life

in my life i have had

my share of loneliness

in my life i have had

my share of pain

ive got you and all your love

and i just have to say

im so glad just to have you

in my life

in my life

in my life
