New Country (feat. Blake Shelton)

This is new country

This is foreign land

This is wide open

Baby, just take my hand

This is skydiving

This is blind faith

This is 90 miles an hour on a highway with no breaks

This is walking through a wildfire

This is learning how to live and not just stay alive

This is high stakes that you might lose

But when you know there's nothing to go back to

Then you have to

Find new country

It gets lonely

It gets so hard

To know where you are going when you don't know where you are

All these eyes on you

Waiting on you to fall

'Cause the box they put you in, just don't fit you anymore

This is walking through a wildfire

This is learning how to live and not just stay alive

This is high stakes that you might lose

But when you know there's nothing to go back to

Then you have to

Find new country

New country

New country

New country

New country

New country

New country

New country

This is walking through a wildfire

This is learning how to live and not just stay alive

This is high stakes that you might lose

But when you know there's nothing to go back to

There's so many things you'd hate to turn your back to

Oh, but you just keep on going 'cause you have to

To find new, new country

New country

New country
