Just A Closer Walk With Thee

Through this world with all its snares

If I falter, Lord, who cares?

None but Thee my burden bare

None but Thee, blessed Lord, none but Thee

I am weak, but Thou art strong

Jesus, keeps me from all wrongs

I'll be satisfied as long

As I walk, blessed Lord close to Thee

When this feeble life is o'er

Then I'll journey here no more

When I cross the kingdom shore

Won't you walk, blessed Lord, close to me?

Just a closer walk with Thee

Grant it Jesus, if you please

Daily, daily walking close to Thee

Let it be, dear Lord, let it be

Just, just a closer walk with Thee

Grant it Jesus, oh if you please

Daily, daily walking close to Thee

Let it be, dear Lord, let it be

I am weak, but Thou art strong

Jesus, keeps me from all wrong

I'll be satisfied as long

As I walk, blessed Lord close to Thee
