Church Without A Name

Do not confuse me with the in crowd, yeah

I bought my ticket at the door, oh

I sat and listened to the music

I watched the people dancing on the floor

The lights revolving on the ceiling

The panels changing on the wall

Reminding me of someone dreaming of love

With no boundaries at all, whoa, oh

Yes, there's something in the sound of all this music

That the words of the songs cannot explain

That brings together everyone, everyone who sings it

Like a new kind of church, a church without a name

I began to get a groovy feelin'

Started somewhere near the tappin' of my shoe

But as the music grew much louder

I began to see love

I began to see love in a thousand different views

Though the words that he sang escape me, yeah

Well, I felt what I felt

Yes, and I saw the things that I saw

The music and the rhythm did the talking

And the power of his message filled the hall, woah, yeah

There's something in the sound of all this music

That the words of the songs can not explain

Brings together everyone, everyone who sings it

Like a new kind of church, a church without a name
