Comin' for to Carry Me Home

I looked over Jordan

And what did I see

Coming forth to carry me home

I saw a band of angels

Coming after me

Coming forth to carry me home

Swing low sweet chariot

Coming forth to carry me home

Swing low sweet chariot

Coming forth to carry me home

Well I sometimes up

And sometimes I'm down

Coming forth to carry me home

But still my soul

Is heavenly bound

Coming forth to carry me home

Swing low sweet chariot

Coming forth to carry me home

Swing low sweet chariot

Coming forth to carry me home

Well if you get there before i do

Coming forth to carry me home

I want you to tell them my friend

I'm coming too

Coming forth to carry me home

Swing low sweet chariot

Coming forth to carry me home

Swing low sweet chariot

Coming forth to carry me home

Oh swing down chariot

Stop and let me ride

Swing down chariot

Stop and let me ridge

Swing down sweet chariot

Stop and let me ride

'Cause I've got me a home

On the other side

Swing low sweet chariot

Coming forth to carry me home

Swing low sweet chatiot

Coming forth to carry me home

Coming forth to carry me home

Swing down sweet chariot

Let me ride
