Her Favorite Color

Could be a drive, change of the fall

Still of the night or maybe nothing at all

Rain on a lake, love in the air

Verse of a song would take me right back there

And it feels like forever

But I still remember

Her favorite color was yellow, she loved Frank Sinatra

She danced like a flower, she was a light in the dark

She had a thing for the mountains, rainbows, and daisies

Don't know what she is, but I'm hoping that maybe

She's painted in the perfect shade of sunset sinking low

Her favorite color was yellow

Oh, oh

The red of her kiss, the green of her eyes

The blue of my heart that kinda stings with time

The white of her prayers, the gold of her hair

Sometimes I wish that I didn't care

Her favorite color was yellow, she loved Frank Sinatra

She danced like a flower, she was a light in the dark

She had a thing for the mountains, rainbows, and daisies

Don't know what she is, but I'm hoping that maybe

She's painted in the perfect shade of sunset sinking low

Her favorite color was yellow

(Her favorite color)

Oh (her favorite color)

Oh, her favorite color was yellow

And it feels like forever

But I'll always remember

Your favorite color was yellow, you loved Frank Sinatra

You danced like a flower, you were a light in the dark

You had a thing for the mountains, rainbows, and daisies

Don't know where you are, but I'm hoping that maybe

You're painted in the perfect shade of sunset sinking low

Your favorite color was yellow

(Your favorite color)

Oh (your favorite color)

Yeah, your favorite color was yellow

(Your favorite color)

Oh (oh, your favorite color)

Oh, your favorite color was yellow

(Your favorite color)

(Oh, your favorite color)
