Grillin' and Chillin'

I thought about rakin' the leaves

Thought about mowin' the yard

Thought of walkin' the dog

Thought of washin' the car

Got a list on the fridge

Alamos gave it a damn

Finally made up my mind

So here I am just

Grillin'

And chillin'

My favorite right kind of time killin'

No runnin'

Just sunnin'

And gettin' my fair share of funnin'

Got it made in the shade

With the radio playin'

Some strait singin' old Dean Dillon

And tryin' to keep my beer from spillin'

And grillin'

And chillin'

I got some chicken an' beans

Got some corn on the cob

A cold cooler of beer

Let me pop you a top

No, you don't need a thing

No reason to call

Just drop on in

We'll have a ball just

Grillin'

And chillin'

My favorite right kind of time killin'

No runnin'

Just sunnin'

And gettin' my fair share of funnin'

Got it made in the shade

With the radio playin'

Some strait singin' old Dean Dillon

And tryin' to keep my beer from spillin'

And grillin'

And chillin'

When it's been a long week

And I'm dead on my feet

And I don't wanna' worry on work anymore

You'll find me out there

Laid back in my chair

Just thankin' the lord

For Grillin'

And chillin'

My favorite right kind of time killin'

No runnin'

Just sunnin'

And gettin' my fair share of funnin'

Got it made in the shade

With the radio playin'

Some strait singin' old Dean Dillon

And tryin' to keep my beer from spillin'

And grillin'

And chillin'
